Dr. Quacy Asheeke Grant is by nature, quietly dispositioned to the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. His character attributes exemplify both hard and soft skills. His hard skills as a medical professional and his soft skills are seen as naturally combined, that is, firmness to address a critical illness and empathy and compassion to understand the feelings of another human being. This quality I find caring and attractive to the sensitivity of the human being. Quacy cares deeply and understands deeply. Quacy is authentic in what he says and does aligning the one with the other. He is unafraid to express a different view on any matter, bringing the necessary balance needed to arrive at fair and just assessment for critical decision-making.

 

Our working relationship in the praying and fasting ministry at Valley of Decision Mission has exposed me to his personal character attributes. I consider him a tremendous asset to the team as a member on the Board of Directors and his participation in ministry, together with the responsible role of being entrusted with the medical care and attention of campers in attendance at every camp preparing campers, physically, nutritionally, medically and spiritually, for their weekend consecration. Quacy is an invaluable human resource on any team. A notable feature of his participation in life is his ability to multitask in the many hats he wears as a member of several organizations and be integrally involved providing quality service.
