Dr. Maureen brings a distinctive blend of academic rigor, Kingdom insight, and global leadership experience. She holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Science with a specialization in human and organizational development, equipping her to serve at the intersection of leadership, transformation, and organizational excellence. Mentored by the late Dr. Myles Munroe and trained through the John Maxwell Organization, she has been shaped by some of the most respected voices in leadership and Kingdom development. She also completed leadership coaching training at Georgetown University and is a Certified Influence and Persuasion Leadership Coach through the Cialdini Institute, with expertise grounded in the renowned work of Dr. Robert Cialdini. Having traveled extensively and invested years in coaching and developing faith-based leaders globally, Dr. Maureen’s life and work reflect a profound commitment to helping leaders rise with clarity, purpose, and transformational impact.
