Christina Latour is a Strategic Project Manager, speaker, author, Certified Lay Preacher, Kingdom Life Coach, and faith-based mentor whose life and work center on helping others discover their identity, break free from limiting beliefs, and move forward in partnership with God.

A graduate of Merrimack College with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Christina brings together behavioral science, faith, professional leadership, and lived experience in her approach to transformation. She has spent nearly three decades with Medical Information Technologies, Inc. (MEDITECH), while also developing a rich life of ministry, coaching, writing, and service.

​

Christina's own journey taught her how easily striving, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and service to others can become intertwined with identity. Through the challenges of an unhealthy relationship, single motherhood, advocating for two sons with significant needs, and navigating seasons of exhaustion and uncertainty, she discovered a deeper relationship with God and a life-changing truth: her worth was never something she had to earn through performance. Her identity was already secure in Christ.

Today, as a Kingdom Life Coach, Christina works primarily with women who feel stuck in limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, relationships, career transitions, or other areas of life. She helps them examine their relationship with themselves, with others, and with God so they can move beyond patterns that have kept them confined and step more fully into the life God is calling them to live.

Christina has served for more than fifteen years as an Episcopal lay leader and is a Certified Lay Preacher. At St. Thomas Church in Taunton, she also works with children and teenagers, helping them move beyond simply reading Scripture to understanding how biblical wisdom applies to their relationships, choices, challenges, and identity in Christ.

She previously contributed to the anthology Through My Mother's Eyes: Transformative Stories of Motherhood. Her message today is rooted in a truth God has woven throughout her own journey: Remember who you are—and remember whose you are.
